Liaoning Hotel Shenyang, Shenyang

I recently stayed at this hotel and while it has a fantastic location near Zhongshan square, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms, which didn't quite match the photos. The staff was incredibly friendly and the amenities, like the PC with broadband, were nice touches.
